1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using FleetForge, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of service

FleetForge provides a cloud-based fleet management platform including vehicle tracking, driver management, compliance monitoring, maintenance scheduling and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User accounts

To use FleetForge, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and payments

Pricing

Subscription fees are based on your chosen tier and number of vehicles. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Use the service to harass or harm others

6. Data and privacy

Your use of FleetForge is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and we will not use it except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

FleetForge and its original content, features and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FleetForge SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FleetForge from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
